Evolution Mode:

If your EKM online shop is on the Evolve tier, you can request Evolution Mode on a quarterly basis after your account is six months old. However, if you would like to request Evolution Mode before this point, please contact your Ecommerce Manager to discuss the options for speeding this up. 

Support Level:

On the Evolve tier, you will have:

  • A dedicated Ecommerce Manager;
  • Access to the Ecommerce Experts Team;
  • Dedicated and prioritised support via phone, live chat & email;
  • Emergency out-of-hours support. 

What does an Ecommerce Manager do?

Ecommerce Managers help grow your EKM online shop by building a strong relationship with you through regular reviews and proactive support. They conduct site reviews, optimise your website and tailor EKM services, marketing and advice to elevate your business.

What do the Ecommerce Experts do?

The Ecommerce Experts are an advanced technical team, here to provide customer support and assist in strategically enhancing your EKM online shop with valuable improvements to grow and develop your business. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

Our opening hours are 9 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, for telephone calls, live chats, and emails.
