When you log into your EKM online shop account, the first page you will see is the Dashboard. From here, you can access the different sections in the back end of your EKM online shop, check up on any updates that have been applied to the platform, view any recommendations and suggestions, contact the Customer Support Team and post in the Community Forum.

The Tabs

Across the top of the screen, the tabs will take you to the different sections in the back end of your EKM online shop:

If you click the far right tab with your shop name displayed on it, you’ll see a drop-down menu which allows you to see your Account ID (which is required to identify you when you contact our Customer Support Team), the plan your account is on, your current sales goal and a Logout button:

Updates & Suggestions

The following two elements are not always visible according to the current status of your current account and the platform itself. The ‘Important Performance Update’ is related to an update to the EKM platform as a whole, and it’s recommended that you click the ‘Read Help Guide’ button to familiarise yourself with the update. The orange element is related to our Evolution Team, who have visited your EKM online shop and made some suggestions as to how it’s performance can be improved. We strongly recommend that you click the ‘Review Improvements’ button to consider their suggestions:

Dashboard Stats

The Dashboard Stats show you at a glance how well your shop is doing, and how these figures are displayed depends on the behaviour of your EKM online shop. If the average number of orders per week is less than 7, the display displays orders for the month. If the average orders per day are less than 7, you'll see a weekly view. Anything more than the above 2 instances and your orders are displayed on a daily basis:

Set-up Wizard

If there are still some aspects of your EKM online shop that need setting up, such as a Payment Gateway or some Delivery Methods, you’ll see this element. Click the arrows on the bottom left-hand side of the element to move through the different recommendations to see what still needs to be set up:

EKM News & Latest Offers

The EKM newsfeed is where you’ll see stories listed which relate to new features on the platform and any online events and webinars run by our Sales and Marketing Team, whilst the Latest Offers element details any discounts applicable to you as an EKM customer from one of our partners:

Recent Updates, Helpful Guides & Support

The Recent Updates feed lists any issues which on the platform which have been resolved by our Development Team, such as Bug Fixes or smaller upgrades to existing functionality. The Helpful Guides element lists some of the most popular Support Guides for you to view, whilst the Support element lists the contact details for our Support Team. If you click the blue ‘Contact Support’ button, this will take you to a separate page where you can make and view any email tickets sent between you and our Support Team. Clicking the green ‘Community Forum’ button will take you to our forum, where you can talk to other EKM customers. The forum is not the place to air any account specific issues, but is a good place to talk about the platform in general and get advice or feedback from other EKM customers:
