The Analytics tab on your EKM online shop is the place to see how well your Products are performing. You can view the number of Orders you’ve received over given periods of time, what devices your customers have used to access your shop, who your most valuable customers are, and identify your best and worst selling products. 

[remember]The Analytics tab is available to EKM online shops which are Standard, Advanced and Pro tiers of service. If you are on the Basic tier, you will need to upgrade your account to use the Analytics tab.[/remember]

1. From the Dashboard, click the Analytics tab:

2. This will load the Analytics page for you, which is made up of lots of different sections. The first and most obvious is the Orders section which sits to the left-hand side:

3. Here, you can see the number of orders you have received recently on your EKM online shop:

4. Beneath the graph, you can click on any of the View Report buttons to see in-depth breakdowns of your Orders.

Orders

On this page, you can see a visual representation of your Orders on the chart at the top or scroll further down the page to see the details broken down into individual days. Use the buttons on the top left-hand side of the chart to filter this data to include specific dates and Order Statuses. You can print this report or download it by using the appropriate buttons on the top right-hand side of the page:

Orders By Day

On this page, you can see a visual representation of your Orders on the chart at the top or scroll further down the page to see the details broken down into individual days. Use the buttons on the top left-hand side of the chart to filter this data to include specific dates and Order Statuses. You can print this report or download it by using the appropriate buttons on the top right-hand side of the page:

Orders By Month

On this page, you can see a visual representation of your Orders on the chart at the top or scroll further down the page to see the details broken down into individual months. Use the buttons on the top left-hand side of the chart to filter this data to include specific dates and Order Statuses. You can print this report or download it by using the appropriate buttons on the top right-hand side of the page:

Compare Years

On this page, you can see a visual representation of your Orders on the chart at the top or scroll further down the page to see the details broken down into individual months, where you can use the arrows to scroll left and right. Use the buttons on the top left-hand side of the chart to filter this data to include specific dates and Order Statuses. You can download it by using the appropriate button on the top right-hand side of the page:

Orders By Device

On this page, you can see a visual representation of your Orders on the chart at the top. Use the buttons in the centre of the screen to select to view as a Bar Chart (default) or a Pie Chart. Scroll further down the page to see the details broken down into individual devices. Use the button on the top left-hand side of the chart to filter this data to include specific Order Statuses. You can print this report or download it by using the appropriate buttons on the top right-hand side of the page:

Most Valuable Customers

On this page, you can see a list of the customers who have purchased from you in the last 30 days. Use the buttons on the top left-hand side of the chart to filter this data to include specific dates and Order Statuses. You can download it by using the appropriate button on the top right-hand side of the page:

Best Selling Products

Below the Orders element on the Analytics page is Best Selling Products. Click View Report on the right-hand side:

On this page, you can see a list of the Products customers have purchased from you in the last 30 days. Use the buttons on the top left-hand side of the chart to filter this data to include specific dates and Order Statuses. You can print or download it by using the appropriate buttons on the top right-hand side of the page:

Worst Selling Products

On this page, you can see a list of the worst-selling Products customers have purchased from you in the last 30 days. The system will list the Products sold on your shop over the last 30 days, displaying the least popular Product first. If only one Product has been sold in this period, this will be displayed as both a Best Selling and Worst Selling Product at the same time, as it was the only item with any activity. Use the buttons on the top left-hand side of the chart to filter this data to include specific dates and Order Statuses. You can print or download it by using the appropriate buttons on the top right-hand side of the page:

Shop Health

On the top right-hand side of the Analytics page is Shop Health. Here, any Categories, Product Content or Product Images that require your attention are displayed. In the example, both the Categories and the Product Content are fine however, Product Images requires attention. Click it to find out why:

Beneath the Product Title, you will see the reason why this Product Image needs amending, with guidelines detailed on the left-hand side. You can choose to View or Edit the Product directly from this page by clicking one of the appropriate buttons on the top right-hand side.

In the final element on the Analytics page, you’ll see some Features we’ve recommended to help you in the management of your EKM online shop. Click each one to be taken to the relevant page where you can install the Feature and use it if you choose to do so:
