The Analytics tab on your EKM online shop is the place to see how well your Products are performing. You can view the number of Orders you’ve received over given periods of time, what devices your customers have used to access your shop, who your most valuable customers are, and identify your best and worst selling products. 

1. From the Dashboard, click the Analytics tab:

This will load the Analytics page for you, which is made up of lots of different sections. How you see these depends on what tier your EKM online shop is on. 

Basic Tier

The Analytics tab on Basic tier shops includes:

  • Shop Health
  • Categories
  • Product Content
  • Product Images
  • Missing Pages

Shop Health

At the top of the Analytics page is Shop Health. Here, any Categories, Product Content or Product Images that require your attention are displayed. Click any of the headers to see more information:

Categories

If you click here, you can resolve any issues with your Categories, including hiding empty Categories to better customer’s experience when they visit your EKM online shop:

Product Content

Clicking the Product Content header will reveal Products that need your attention. Typically this involves Products with short Product Descriptions or missing Prices:

Product Images

Within this section, any Products with missing or low-quality Product Images will be highlighted for you to rectify:

Other Features

In the final element on the Analytics page, you’ll see some Features we’ve recommended to help you in the management of your EKM online shop. Click each one to be taken to the relevant page where you can install the Feature and use it if you choose to do so:

Standard, Advanced and Pro Tiers

The Analytics tab for Standard, Advanced and Pro tier shops includes:

Orders

The first and most obvious is the Orders section which sits to the left-hand side. Here, you can see the number of orders you have received recently on your EKM online shop. Beneath the graph, you can click on any of the View Report buttons to see in-depth breakdowns of your Orders:

On each of these pages, you can see a visual representation of your Orders on the chart at the top or scroll further down the page to see the details broken down into individual days. Use the buttons on the top left-hand side to filter this data to include specific dates and Order Statuses.

Best Selling Products

Below the Orders element on the Analytics page is Best Selling Products. Click View Report on the right-hand side:

On each of these pages, you can see a visual representation of your Products on the chart or use the buttons on the top left-hand side to filter your data. 

[remember]To see the most profitable and least profitable Products on your EKM online shop, you need to ensure that you have a Cost Price on each - these can be added via the Add/Edit Product window or alternatively, via a spreadsheet and the Import/Export System feature. [/remember]
