Why Upgrade?
People upgrade their accounts for many different reasons. Some—especially those with minimal computer and online trading experience, where their EKM shop is their first online presence—require more support. In contrast, others like to have a dedicated Ecommerce Manager that they can contact who will be able to help them get the shop in question up to scratch without the need to employ an extra member of staff.
EKM Evolve
When you upgrade your account from the legacy tiers - Lite, Basic, Standard and Advanced, your EKM online shop will be moved to EKM Evolve. This tier is intended for companies who wish to take advantage of our team's wealth of support and knowledge whilst simplifying the entire ecommerce experience.

- A dedicated Ecommerce Manager;
- Access to the Ecommerce Experts Team;
- Lite Design/Evolution Mode;
- EKM API;
- Trade Discounts;
- Web Statistics;
- EKM Email Marketing (up to 1k contacts);
- Xero Integration;
- Quickbooks Integration;
- EPOS Now Integration;
- Digital Vault;
- Competitive processing rates with EKMPay;
- £300 + VAT per month - no contract;
- Includes a £300k (annual) turnover threshold.
How to Upgrade
1. To upgrade your account, click the blue Upgrade button in the top right-hand corner of your Dashboard:
2. You then need to click the green Upgrade button on the right-hand side:

To see how your monthly bill will be amended following your upgrade.

3. Finally, click the green Upgrade Account button on the right-hand side:
4. You’ll then be redirected back to the Dashboard and be contacted by your new Ecommerce Manager within three business days.
[remember]When you upgrade your account, if it's not during the beginning of your billing period, you will only pay the difference between your current monthly subscription and the new service tier. When you are billed at the end of the month, you will then pay the price of the new tier going forward. [/remember]
