On the EKM online shop platform, we offer different tiers of service:
These tiers were created to provide different levels of service, support and resources to encompass the needs of our varied customer base. We have customers who have never owned and managed an online shop before and who are just starting, whilst other customers represent large companies that have been established for many years.
Each of the different tiers has an upper limit imposed on it, and you’ll see these indicated in the image above. If you feel that you would benefit from more support with your account, you can manually upgrade if you choose to, but when your own EKM online shop has surpassed the upper limit of its tier, it will automatically be upgraded to the next tier.
To find out what tier your own EKM online shop is on, simply log into your account and then from the Dashboard, click the name of your shop in the top right-hand corner:
