[intro]Before you begin this Guide, you must have previously installed the Gift Cards feature onto your EKM online shop. [/intro]

On occasion, you may need to disable or revoke a Gift Card. If you need to refund your customer, be sure to do this via the applicable Payment Gateway, and then disable the Gift Card code accordingly. 

1. From the main Gift Cards feature, click the code for the Gift Card you would like to disable:

2. This will take you to a page that details all of the transactions that have taken place on that particular Gift Card and the email address that the Gift Card was sent to:

3. To Resend the Gift Card, simply click the Resend button in the right-hand corner of the feature:

4. This will display a red confirmation window, with a field for you to add the reason for the revocation of the Gift Card. Complete this field, and then click the red Disable button:

5. The system will then email your customer to inform them that the Gift Card has been disabled. If your customer has any issues, they can contact you via your Shop Email Address on the email:

6. You’ll also see the log from the Gift Card update with the time and date of the Resend:
