[intro]In this Guide, you can learn how to edit existing Bulk Discounts on your EKM online shop using spreadsheets. [/intro]

Before you begin, you need to have set up a Bulk Discount on at least one Product previously and installed the Import/Export System which enables you to use spreadsheets to update the contents of your EKM online shop. 

1. To begin, you need to export your Products to a spreadsheet, by following the steps in this Guide. You’ll notice that there’s now an extra optional field for Bulk Discounts when you are exporting your spreadsheet - you will need to ensure that this box has been ticked before you click the green button to continue:

2. When you have downloaded your spreadsheet, remove the rows containing any Products that don’t have Bulk Discounts, and if need be, remove any unnecessary columns:

3. Your next step is to add the Edit command into the Action column:

4. You can then amend the data in the Price and FromQuantity columns accordingly:

[tips]You can also use percentages as opposed to prices in the Price column. These must be entered as the figure and then the percentage symbol - '5%' - and always be between 1-100. [/tips]

[warning]Do not delete the CategoryPath column or its contents. The platform relies on the data within this field to know where products need to be displayed on your EKM online shop. [/warning]

5. Then you need to save your spreadsheet and upload it back onto your EKM online shop. You’ll then be able to see the amended Bulk Discount prices within the Add/Edit Product window:
