[intro]In this Guide, you’ll learn how to set up the Delivery Methods to correspond with the Snuggle Products on your EKM online shop. Before you begin, you must ensure that you have created a Snuggle account using this Guide and created some Products using this Guide. [/intro]

Setting up your Delivery Methods

1. From the Dashboard of your EKM online shop, click Settings at the bottom of the left-hand menu:

2. Now you need to click Delivery on the left-hand side:

3. Click the green button to Add Delivery Method:

4. Scroll down and complete the following fields as shown:

5. Scroll down and tick the box to Enable Weight Restrictions:

6. In a separate browser tab, open this link and you’ll see all of the weights and prices for the Shipping & Delivery from Snuggle. You need to copy the prices according to the Weights for Royal Mail 48 Standard:

7. To do this, return to the browser tab displaying the Delivery Method page on your EKM online shop. Add the weight to the Weight To field and the Price in the Additional Cost field, and then click the green Add Row button:

8. Repeat this process for the rest of the Weights and Prices. When you have added the last row, click the green Save button in the bottom right-hand corner:

9. Now you need to add the next row of prices from Snuggle. Click Add Delivery Method:

10. Complete the Name and Display Name fields as before:

11. Again, scroll down and tick the box to Enable Weight Restrictions:

12. As before, add in the Weights and Prices from Snuggle for the Royal Mail 48 Tracked column, before pressing the green Save button in the bottom right-hand corner:

13. Repeat this process again, adding the Weights and Prices for Royal Mail 24 Standard, Royal Mail 24 Tracked and DPD Courier:

14. When you have finished, your Delivery Methods on your EKM online shop should look like this:

Now you have set up your Products and your Delivery Methods, the next step is to add a Payment Gateway.

[remember]Don’t worry that the Delivery Methods are listed at 0.00 - this is because they rely on weight, so the total weight of the order and the shipping method dictates what your customer will pay on the Checkout Flow. [/remember]
