There are lots of occasions when you may want to request a download of all of the Product, Design and Category Images from your EKM online shop:
- You may no longer have copies of the original images before they were uploaded to your EKM online shop;
- Images were uploaded at different times by different members of staff;
- Images have been added via lots of different suppliers.
It is possible to download the links to the individual Product Images via the Import/Export System however, to download all of your Product, Category and Design Images in one zip file, our Customer Support Team will need to process this request for you.
Simply get in contact with the Customer Support Team via telephone or live chat (so that you can confirm your account details) and this task will be set up for you.
The cost for this service is £25 (+VAT) and this will be charged to the card that is registered on your EKM online shop account.
The turnaround time for an Image Download is within 5 working days however, it is often a lot faster than that. When the Image Download has been created, you will be emailed a link to enable you to download all of the images from your EKM online shop at once. We advise that you download the images as soon as possible after receiving the email as the link will be depreciated after a period of time.
