1. On your Dashboard, you’ll see this banner notifying you how long you have left on your Free Trial. Click Learn More:

2. On this next page, you need to click End Trial:

3. In the window that appears, please use the ‘Why are you looking to end your trial?’ drop-down menu and the text field below that to tell us why you wish to close your account, before clicking the Next button:

4. In the next window, you will be able to choose if you would still like to keep your shop open or if you definitely want to close it:

5. When you’ve clicked ‘End Trial’, you’ll automatically be signed out of your EKM online shop account and will be unable to access it as it has been cancelled.
