[intro]Before you begin this Guide, you need to ensure that you have created a Zapier account and linked your EKM online shop to it by using the steps within this Guide. You also need to have a ClickSend SMS account to link to Zapier to complete this zap.[/intro]

This particular zap is very useful if you are often away from your computer for long periods of time but need a notification when an order has been paid for. In this Guide, ClickSend SMS has been used as the example, but Zapier is also compatible with Burst SMS, Salesmsg, Heymarket SMS, SMSAPI, Sakari SMS, Text Magic, SimpleTexting, TextLocal, Textline, Mobile Text Alerts, TextIt, SlickText, FireText and SMSFactor.

1. From your Zapier dashboard, click the orange Make A Zap button on the top right-hand side:

2. You then need to type ‘EKM’ into the search bar and select the EKM app:

3. You can now give your zap a name by clicking in the top left-hand corner of the screen. You then need to select ‘New Paid Order’ from the second drop-down menu, before clicking the blue Continue button:

4. Select your EKM online shop from the drop-down menu and click the Continue button:

5. Click Test & Continue:

6. Type ClickSend into the search bar and select ClickSend SMS from the results:

7. Use the Choose Action Event drop-down menu to select ‘Send SMS’ and then click Continue:

8. Click to sign into your ClickSend SMS account:

9. In the window that opens up, you will need to paste in the API Key and Username from your ClickSend SMS account, before clicking Continue:

10. Click Continue:

11. On this page, you can configure your text message. Minimally, you will need to complete the To and Message fields:

12. When you have completed the relevant fields, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Continue button:

13. Click Test & Continue:

14. You’ll then receive a test text message to the mobile phone number that you added to your zap. Click Done Editing:

15. Click Turn Zap On:
