If you have not yet installed any Features on your EKM online shop, you can find a full list of Features in this Guide.

Locating the Features page

1. From the Dashboard, click Features on the left-hand menu:

2. This will take you to the Features page, which will look something like this:

Installing Features

1. To install a Feature, you simply need to click the Feature Library tab:

2. You will then be able to take a look at all of the available features and decide what you would like to install:

Uninstalling Features

To uninstall a Feature, you need to be on the Installed Features tab of the Features page, before clicking the dustbin symbol next to the Feature you want to uninstall:

Note: Some features are linked to others, such as Customer Login and Wish Lists. To remove Wish Lists, you will need to remove Customer Login first. If you are trying to uninstall a feature that requires another feature, you’ll see a notification to remind you to uninstall the primary feature first.

[warning] The Premium Features, such as Email Marketing or Web Statistics - where you pay a regular fee to use them - will require you to contact our Customer Support Team to cancel the account for you. Simply uninstalling the Feature will not cancel the account. [/warning]

Third-Party Features

Third-party features are chargeable features provided by other platforms that have created integrations with the EKM online shop platform. To cancel these, you will need to contact the third-party platform directly.
