[caution]Before you begin this Guide, ensure that you have installed the New Orders Section within Labs and installed and configured the Loyalty Points and Customer Login features. [/caution]

1. Click the appropriate order from the list within the Orders Section:

2. In the Customer Details section on the left-hand side, click the customer’s name:

3. This will redirect you to the customer’s account on your EKM online shop. Click the Edit button in the top right-hand corner:

4. You will now have access to edit the Loyalty Points field. When you have amended the balance, click the green Save button in the top right-hand corner:

[caution]This new functionality is still within Labs, which means this is not the completed product but rather a ‘beta’ version. Our Development Team are reliant on your feedback to improve this before it is rolled out across the EKM online shop platform. If you discover any issues during using the new Orders Section, please contact the Customer Support Team in the first instance - with screenshots if possible - and let them know what you have experienced.
