[intro]In this Guide, you’ll learn how to add and customise the Text section on your EKM online shop. [/intro]

1. Ensure you have the Sections tab highlighted, scroll to the bottom of the Sections and click Add Section:

2. From the list, click Text:

3. Now this section has been added to your EKM online shop, click the Edit symbol:

4. Click to open Settings:

5. Here you can edit the Heading and Content text by amending the fields provided:

6. Scroll a little further down and you can customise the Button in this section. You can use the switch to choose whether you would like to display the Button, and amend the text on the Button using the field provided:

7. Below the Button Text field, you can hyperlink the button to another page on your EKM online shop. Click the Edit symbol:

8. In the menu that appears, each folder symbol represents a different area of your EKM online shop. Click the green cross symbol to expand the relevant folder and select the page you want to link to the Button:

[remember]The Category, Product or Webpage that you want to link to the Button must not be hidden on your EKM online shop, otherwise, it won’t be visible in the link menu when you are creating the link.[/remember]

9. When you have linked the Button, you’ll see the name of the area you have hyperlinked to it:

10. Click to open Styles:

11. Here you use the drop-down menu to select the alignment on the Text fields in this section:

12. Below this, you can select the colours that are used within the Newsletter section. Each one uses a standard Colour Picker window. To edit the colour, click the box:

13. You can drag the circle in the larger window to select your shade, use the slider below that to select the colour, click one of the primary colours below to use one of those, or if you have a hex code for a specific colour, paste it into the field and press Enter on your keyboard:

14. When you have finished editing this section, click the green Save button in the bottom left-hand side to save your changes:
