1. When you have added Inventory Manager on the EKM Labs page of your EKM online shop, you’ll be able to access it via the Installed Features tab on the Features page:
2. The Inventory Manager will always load by default in the list view, like this:
3. You can either view your products in the standard list view or if you click on the far-right hand side:
4. You can then view your products in a grid format instead:
5. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, on the right-hand side you can select how many products are displayed at once, by selecting from the drop-down menu:
6. Scrolling back up to the top of the page, you can use the tabs to filter how your products display:
Search Bar
1. The search bar can help you find the product you’re looking for quickly, by either entering the Product Code or the Product Name:
2. If you want to search within a specific category, click the Categories drop-down, and select one of your existing Categories or Subcategories from the list:
3. It’s also worth clicking the More Filters button too:
4. This will make a right-hand side panel appear, where you can apply different filters to help you quickly drill down and find exactly what you’re looking for:
5. You can also click the Sort button on the far right-hand side, which will allow you to display your products according to their name, stock level, Category, status or price:
View Products
This tab will always load by default when you launch the new Advanced Inventory Manager. You’ll notice in the top right-hand corner, you can click the green button to open the Add Edit Product window to create an entirely new Product:
View Categories
1. If you click View Categories on the navigation bar:
2. And you can view all of the Category content on your EKM online shop. You can view these in grid format or list format by clicking the symbol to the right, and also create an entirely new Category by clicking the green button in the top right-hand corner:
3. You can also sort your Categories by using the tabs on the left-hand side and the Sort button on the right-hand side:
Bulk Editor
1. Click the Bulk Editor button:
2. On this page, you can make edits to lots of your products all at once. Using the tabs on the left-hand side, you can sort your products:
3. Again, you can search for a specific product by entering the name or Product Code into the search bar, and clicking the Categories button to select a specific Category or Subcategory to search within:
4. Click More Filters, and you can select from the sidebar that appears on the right-hand side to help you to quickly locate a specific product:
5. Click the Manage Columns button:
6. Here you can select which headers are used in columns in the Bulk Editor. You can drag and drop these into your desired position, before clicking the green apply button on the bottom right-hand side:
Stock Adjustment
1. Click on the Stock Adjustment button:
2. On this page, you can manually edit the quantities of your products in stock. You can do this in two ways. If you ensure that the Add button is highlighted blue for a specific product, you can add a number to the field provided before clicking the green Save button in the right-hand corner:
3. You’ll then see the new stock level displayed:
4. You can also use the Set button to set your stock levels - which is very useful if you have performed a manual stocktake previously. You can highlight the Set button by clicking it:
5. Add into the field the total number of units you have in stock of this particular product or product variant. If you leave this field empty, it will reset the quantity to zero. When you have added the quantity into the field provided, click the green Save button:
6. When the page updates, you’ll see the amended stock for the product:
