1. From the Dashboard of your EKM online shop, click Features on the left-hand menu:
2. Click the icon to open the EKM Email Marketing feature:
3. Within the feature, click the button on the top right-hand side to log into your EKM Email Marketing account:
4. Within the EKM Email Marketing Dashboard, you need to click Settings on the top right-hand side:
5. On the left-hand side, click Change Password:
6. You then need to add your new password into the field provided, before clicking the green Save button on the right-hand side:
[tips]When creating a new password for anything, ensure that it is at least eight characters long and contains both lower and upper case letters, a number and a character such as £ or % to make it extra secure.[/tips]
7. Now you have changed your password, you can log into your EKM Email Marketing account independently of your EKM online shop by using this link. If your browser prompts you to save your password, make sure you note it down in a safe place too should you need it again.
