[intro]Before you begin, you will need to have populated your Products with Product Codes (these are referred to as SKUs by Royal Mail) and opened an account with Royal Mail Click & Drop. In this Guide, you’ll learn how to link your EKM online shop with your Royal Mail Click & Drop account. [/intro]
1. From your Royal Mail Click & Drop Dashboard, click ‘Integrate your online store’ on the far right-hand side:
2. Click ‘add a new integration’ on the far right-hand side:
3. In the window that appears, click EKM:
4. In the next window that appears, tick the box and click ‘Connect to EKM’:
5. You’ll then be redirected to the standard EKM login page. Add the details of your EKM online shop into the fields provided before clicking the green Log In button:
6. You then need to give permissions to Royal Mail Click & Drop by clicking the green Allow button:
7. This will then return you to your Royal Mail Click & Drop dashboard, where you will see that your EKM online shop has been integrated correctly:
[remember]Your Royal Mail Click & Drop account will only download orders from your EKM online shop if:
- They have ‘Processing’ status;
- Are less than 7 days old;
- The Products on the shop have all been assigned Product Codes.
These orders will be downloaded into your Royal Mail Click & Drop account every 15 minutes and Click & Drop will update these orders on your EKM online shop at 30 minute intervals.[/remember]
