How do I find it?
To access the Facebook Group, you need to have a personal Facebook account. Log into that as normal and then click here to locate EKM Community.
Joining EKM Community
To gain access to the Group, you need to answer the questions posed on application and ensure that your Facebook Profile adheres to the Forum Rules:
1. Your Facebook Name
Your real name must be used on your Facebook account. This helps us identify you as an EKM customer.
2. Your Profile Image
Your Profile picture should be of yourself and not of pets, children, cartoon characters or similar. Equally, your face should not be covered by masks, helmets, bandanas or similar.
3. Be Professional
Be professional kind and respectful to both each other and the EKM Team. Remember that you are not representing just yourself, but your business too!
4. No Profanity
Don't use bad language.
5. Account ID/Domain Name
Please provide your Account ID or the domain name of your EKM online shop when you apply to join the group. This helps identify you as an EKM online shop owner.
6. No Hate Speech, bullying or abusive comments
The aim of EKM Community is to be a helpful resource for existing EKM customers. Any posts of this calibre will see the users removed.
7. No Account specific queries
In EKM Community, we are unable to provide account-specific support. If you have an issue specific to your account, please contact the Customer Support Team or your Ecommerce Expert who will be able to investigate for you.
On occasion, and especially outside of business hours, we use pre-moderation on all posts. This helps us to maintain high standards in EKM Community and if applicable, to ensure that a member of the team is available to answer your query.
