[intro] If you sell any Products on your EKM online shop that have an unusual shape or weight and incur a small charge when they are shipped (for example, if the Product is delivered on a pallet), you will need to use this guide to learn how to apply the extra charge to the individual Product. Please ensure that you have set up a Delivery Method for this Product before you begin. [/intro]

1. For single Products that are unusual in size or weight where to ship the Product would incur an extra charge, you can add this to the Product itself. To do this, open the Edit Product window for that particular item and click the More Options tab before clicking the Delivery Charges tab:

2. You would then add the Additional Charge into the field provided, before clicking Save & Close:

If you have completed the set-up of all of your Delivery Methods, your next step would be to install a Delivery Widget on the Shopping Cart page.

[remember] The EKM platform will only allow customers to use one specific Delivery Method per transaction; customers cannot select different Delivery Methods for different Products. To so, they would need to purchase the Products separately. [/remember]
