[intro]Before you begin, you will need to have opened an account with Paytriot, as you will need to copy your account details into the relevant fields on your EKM online shop. [/intro]

1. From the Dashboard page, click Settings:

2. On the left-hand side, click Payments:

3. Scroll down to the Third Party Payments element and select PayTriot from the drop-down menu, before clicking the green Add button:

4. You’ll then need to complete the relevant fields, copying your details over from your Paytriot account. When you have finished, click the green Update Setting button on the bottom right-hand side:

[remember] Paytriot is a third party Payment Gateway, which means you are using a company external to EKM in order to process payments on your EKM online shop. With this in mind, EKM cannot control how the third party processes payments or influence their policies and procedures.

Whilst there are rarely issues with third-party payment gateways, on occasion it is necessary to contact them directly to resolve any issues as our Customer Support Team is only able to investigate up to the point where the customer is transferred away from your EKM online shop to process their payment before they are redirected back again to complete the order.
