How do I find it?
To access the Facebook Group, you need to have a personal Facebook account. Log into that as normal and then click here to locate EKM Community.
To gain access to the Group, you need to answer the questions posed on application and ensure that your Facebook Profile adheres to the Forum Rules:
1. Your Facebook Name
Your real name must be used on your Facebook account. This helps us identify you as an EKM customer.
2. Your Profile Image
Your Facebook profile image should be of yourself and not of pets, children, cartoon characters or similar. This helps us to keep the group content to a high standard and discourages negativity.
3. Be Professional
Be professional, kind and respectful. Remember you are representing not just yourself, but your business too!
4. No Profanity
Do not use any bad language.
5. Account ID/Domain Name
Please provide your Account ID or the domain name of your EKM online shop when you apply to join the group. This helps us identify you as an EKM shop owner.
6. No Spam
Please do not spam our users. You can introduce yourself and your business every Monday however.
7. No hate speech, bullying or abusive posts
The aim of EKM Community is to be a helpful resource for existing EKM customers. Any posts of this calibre will see the users removed.
8. Three Strikes Rule
Posting account-specific questions on 3 separate occasions will see the user banned. We cannot comment on your tickets or log into your account via this platform. Please contact Customer Support.
The EKM Community Group is moderated during business hours and we check your Account ID against your details to ensure that you are a genuine EKM online shop owner. This helps us to prevent spam and trolling to ensure that your experience within EKM Community is as beneficial as possible.
